We're here to make the best hash possible in the most sustainable way, protecting the environment that provides us with the plants that we consume. We use our profession and passion to educate and motivate others to regenerate our planet.

Have Hash is the culmination of years of hard work and perseverance. It all began early in 2010 in Santa Cruz - a lively beach town along the Northern California coast. Our founder, Jacob Stockwell, had been working in the cannabis industry and had always been intrigued by hash, but disappointed at the quality and types available. The market was flooded with wasteful backyard BHO and other subpar volatile extracts coming from questionable sources. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, Jacob connected with successful growers to create something unique: clean and terpy bubble hash that smoked and tasted better than any other hash on the market. It didn’t take long for people to realize that this was something special, and dispensaries couldn’t stock their shelves fast enough. After years of pursuing his passion in Santa Cruz, Jacob realized that the only way to grow and scale his business was to go north, so he decided to pack his equipment and move to Humboldt.

Humboldt proved to be more challenging than expected - growers were processing their own material into BHO, and the growers that were producing quality flowers were difficult to find, preferring to stay anonymous in the murky medicinal market. In Arcata, Jacob connected with legendary glass blower, Mr. Gray. Mr. Gray was looking for someone to help out and learn from him in the shop, and Jacob was feeling burnt out from cannabis and eager to find a new creative outlet. Soon after connecting, Jacob began his apprenticeship with Mr. Gray, which opened him up to a world of exotic cannabis growers that would come and hang out at the shop to watch them create art that would soon become trophies after harvest season. A new creative flame emerged, and Jacob connected with those growers, and was finally able to make the alliances that he had moved north with hopes to establish. Those growers are what make Have Hash what it is today - it takes quality to produce quality, and that is all we work with.
